 Meet our staff...


Veterinarians

Dr. Jerry Quilling graduated from Kansas State University prior to establishing Kettle Moraine Veterinary Clinic.  He is active at the state and national level with the veterinary associations. 

Dr. Greg Bohn graduated from Iowa State University.  He enjoys spending time with his family, hiking, biking, gardening and traveling.

Dr. Patricia J. Connors-Scherer graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and is a Plymouth native.  She and her husband have three lovely children and currently, one dog and one cat (Maude and Flip).

Dr. Rhonda M. Maas is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She and her husband, Dean, are also dairy farmers. When Rhonda is not spending time with her son or tending to her animals, she enjoys gardening and remodeling her farmhouse.

Dr. Stephanie Crispin graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and makes her home in Valders.  Stephanie, her husband and two children enjoy their horses, dog and cats.

Dr. Jamie L. Van Dyke graduated from Michigan State University and is a native of Byron Center, Michigan.  She enjoys outdoor activities with her husband and two children.


Josette Svitter is the practice manager for Kettle Moraine Veterinary Clinic.  She has been a member of the KMVC team since June 1984.  She is not only responsible for the financial and human resource areas but also is in charge of inventory.  She is active in her church as well as the Wisconsin Veterinary Practice Managers Association.  She has been named Wisconsin’s Practice Manager of the Year and received the Friend of Veterinary Medicine Award from the Wisconsin Veterinary Medical Association.  She is also serving on the advisory committee for the Moraine Park Technical College Veterinary Technician Program.

 Josette and her husband have 7 cats and a lab/Australian Shepherd mix.   She enjoys knitting, gardening, and baking.


Veterinary Technicians

 

My name is Ann.  I am a certified veterinary technician.  I graduated from Madison Area Technical College and have been employed at Kettle Moraine Veterinary Clinic since 1998.  I enjoy working with the clients and pets.  Recently I have limited my hours since my husband has become a business owner.

I have two cats and a horse.  I enjoy the outdoors and spend as much time on the trails, riding as I can spare.

 

Hi!  My name is Dana R..  I am a certified veterinary technician.  I have been working at KMVC as a CVT since 2000 but started here in high school as a kennel cleaner.  When not working at the clinic, I spend my time with my husband and our 3-year-old black lab, Kenzie.

Deborah is a veterinary assistant and is going to college online to become a certified veterinary technician.  She owns a Welsh Pembroke Corgi, Cujo, Cocker Spaniel/Border Collie, Mack, and one outside cat.  Deborah also enjoys working with horses when she is not studying or working at the clinic.

 

Dorothy (Dot)

I have been a veterinary technician for 23 years in the Plymouth area and still enjoy coming to work every day.  I enjoy interacting with the people and their pets.  My special interest is my pet loss support group at KMVC (See Forever Paws).

When I’m not at work I enjoy spending time with my husband, Al and our 6 year old female cats, Sipsy and Circa.

 

Hi!  My name is Jane and I’m a certified veterinary technician.  I’ve worked at KMVC since October 1998.  I live in Plymouth (my hometown) with my dog, Patch and my cat Tater.  I also have 2-quarter horses, Sundance and Ebony.
Hi, I am Kara and I am a veterinary technician.  I have been working at Kettle Moraine Veterinary Clinic since 1999.  I am married and we have one son and one daughter.  Since they arrived I have limited my hours to part time so I can enjoy being a “mom”.  We live on a dairy farm and also have two dogs, Daisy and Maxie as well as two cats, Matty and Molly.

I am on the “Fairest of the Fair” committee and involved in various other dairy related projects.

Karen A.

I have worked as a technician since 1991.  I find the most  satisfaction when I am providing nursing care to the critical care patients.  I have 4 cats (1 blind, 1 deaf, and 2 “normal”), 1 dog and a horse. 

My hobbies include knitting, sailing, traveling and enjoying my grandson.

 

Hi!   My name is Kay and I’m a certified veterinary technician.  I graduated from Madison Area Technical College in Madison, Wisconsin and did my internship here at Kettle Moraine Veterinary Clinic.  I rejoined KMVC in 1995 when we merged with Dr. Siegert’s clinic. 

I live in my hometown, Kiel, with my husband and our three children.

Howdy!  My name is Kimberly. I graduated in May of 2005 from Madison Area Technical College with a Veterinary Technician degree.

I moved to Plymouth and started at Kettle Moraine Veterinary Clinic on June 13, 2005.  I have enjoying meeting new people and the amenities the town offers.  My family includes Felix, a Pit Bull and Hunter, a Yellow Lab.

My hobbies include mudding, camping and traveling.

Hi – My name is Sara F. and I have been employed here since 2001 as a technician assistant.  My husband, Tim, and I recently purchased a house in Howards Grove.  We have a 7-year-old black lab named Buddy and a 6-month-old yellow lab named Remington. 

I also manage a dairy farm near Sheboygan.  During my free time I enjoy taking dairy cattle to local, state, and national shows.

Sarah L.

I graduated from Madison Area Technical College with a veterinary technician degree in 1998.  I have worked at KMVC since 2000.  I am married and have two sons.  We have a Golden Retriever and two cats.

 


Reception

My name is Dana J.  I am an animal lover at heart and that is what brought me to KMVC.  For the past 4 years I have had the honor of working as a receptionist along with a team of fine doctors and support staff.  I’ve observed first hand how they compassionately strive every day to give the best possible care to our beloved pets.  Come see for yourself!

 I live on a hobby farm south of Plymouth with my husband, two daughters, four horses, one dog and one cat.

Heidi

I have been working as a receptionist at Kettle Moraine Veterinary Clinic since 2002.  I enjoy the challenges every day has to offer and working with the clients and their special companions.

I am married and we have one daughter.  We have a house in Sheboygan Falls and share it with our dog, Tigger. 

I also enjoy working with the 4-H youth in Sheboygan County.

Hi, my name is Karen S..  I am a receptionist at KMVC.  I’ve enjoyed working here since 1998.  I am married with 2 stepchildren.  We have two dogs and a cat that we share our home with in Kiel.

Linda has been employed at Kettle Moraine Veterinary Clinic since 1986.  Being involved with her dairy farm at home certainly has been an asset to her job here at the clinic.   She enjoys her work here with the clientele as well as her many friendships at the clinic.  Linda says, "I am very proud to be a member of this team."

Linda has a farm dog, Spencer, and a house cat, Sebastian.

 

My name is Laurel and I have been in the veterinary profession for over thirty years as a receptionist.

I make my home in rural Plymouth with my husband and our yellow lab, Drake.

Mandy 

I have been with Kettle Moraine Veterinary Clinic since 2002.  I began as an assistant, cleaning surgery instruments, rooms and kennels and advanced to reception work after a year and a half.  I am also going to school, majoring in Organizational Administration.

When I’m not in school or working at KMVC, I help my parents on their dairy farm.  I also enjoy showing cattle at state and national shows.

I have a Doberman, Porter.


Michael Svitter 

I work part-time ordering and maintaining supplies and pet foods in the clinic.  I also do

 some handyman work around the clinic.  Josette and I have 7 cats and a dog.
